GENERAL POLICY : •A debit/credit card is required at the time of booking, however it will not be charged during booking (only your deposit will be withdrawn). •No guest are allowed. They are allowed to wait in the waiting area if necessary. •If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled. • A $15 late fee is required if you are over 10 minutes late. •NO REFUNDS ( Concerns will be addressed on a case by case basis) •I accept Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, credit/debit cards. DEPOSIT POLICY : •All Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. ** Full Deposit goes toward your service(s). CARD PAYMENT POLICY: • All major credit/debit cards will be accepted. However, if you use a card to pay be advised that you will be charged 3.5%. This fee is set by our banking systems and the funds will go directly to them. This charge is automatically sent to the company & I do NOT have access to any fees/taxes paid on services and/or products.

If you need to reschedule, you must do so 12 hours prior to your appointment time. You are allowed to reschedule once and NOT have to pay another deposit if done so before the 12 hour window . However, if you reschedule/miss the new appointment you will be required to submitted a deposit of $10 to rebook in the future. All canceled appointments after the 12 hour window will result in 50% of your service fees to be paid. If you reschedule your appointment less than 12 hours prior, your deposit will NOT be refunded and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No Call No Show will result in a 50% charge & if done twice, full loss of booking privileges. *Cancellation deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and you will be responsible for submitting a new deposit for future appointments.
